Correct Enrollment Flow

  1. Start Enrollment / Create AccountUse your legal name, date of birth, phone, and email so CVME can connect the correct student record.
  2. Schedule CASAS TestingCASAS reading and math testing is required before final enrollment clearance.
  3. Complete CASAS TestingCVME staff reviews your CASAS result and updates your enrollment status.
  4. Complete the CNA ApplicationSubmit the CNA application so the required program details are on file.
  5. Sign the Enrollment AgreementReview and electronically sign the agreement when that step is available.
  6. Upload Required DocumentsUpload required documents after your enrollment record is connected and the document step is open.
  7. Complete Flu/COVID Health FormsIf declining flu or COVID vaccination, complete the electronic declination forms inside the Enrollment Center.
  8. Complete Payment InstructionsFollow the deposit, full tuition, or balance instructions when the payment step is unlocked.
  9. Wait for Staff ReviewCVME staff reviews your record before your seat is confirmed.

Required Items / Student Responsibility

These items are required for enrollment or clinical participation. CVME does not pay for these items unless CVME gives written approval.

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security card or ITIN documentation
  • TB test or TB clearance
  • Physical exam clearance
  • 10-panel drug screen
  • Flu vaccine record or flu declination
  • COVID vaccine record or COVID declination
  • Basic Life Support CPR card
  • Transportation to class, lab, and clinical sites
  • Valid email address and phone number
